Description

Printed copy of S. 777, “An Act to amend the Arms Control and Disarmament in order to increase the authorization for appropriations and to modify the personnel security procedures for contractor employees,” as part of the first session of the 88th Congress, approved November 26, 1963, one page, 9 x 13.5, signed below in black felt tip by Lyndon B. Johnson, and countersigned by Carl Hayden, former president pro tempore of the United States Senate, and John W. McCormack, the former Speaker of the House, who adds an inscription. The sheet bears preprinted signatures of all three men. In fine condition, with a horizontal fold, and a few stains to the top.
