Official identity card booklet issued to gold medal-winning American athlete Annette Rogers at the Los Angeles 1932 Summer Olympics, 3.5 x 5.25, numbered 7188, with the front listing her name and place and date of birth, “Oct. 22” and “Boston, Mass,” nationality, and current address. The inner pages contain her glossy 1.25 x 1.5 photo ID and signature, “Annette J. Rogers,” who ticks the box marked “Athlete” and writes “Track & Field.” Rogers has also added the date, “Aug. 2 [1932],” and her home country, “United States of America” to the adjacent page. Her birth year is blocked out on the first page. In fine condition.

Annette Rogers was an American sprinter and high jumper (1913–2006) who competed in the individual 100-meter, 4 x 100-meter relay, and high jump at the Los Angeles 1932 and Berlin 1936 Olympics, winning gold medals at both in the relay. Domestically she won the AAU outdoor titles in the 100 yards in 1933 and in the relay in 1931–1933. She also won the AAU indoor titles in the 200-meter and high jump in 1933 and 1936.
