The building, which was both a courthouse and a saloon, features signs that read: "Judge Roy Bean, Notary Public," "[Ju]stice of the Peace,” and "Law West of the Pecos." In very good to fine condition, with restoration done to the right edge and upper right corner area. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic "Type IV" photograph.
