This is also inclusive of such further services if any as may be required of me by said Scoville in New York in the same case until said claim shall be collected, compromised or settled.” Signed prominently at the conclusion by Guitea. Archivally double-matted and framed with two plaques and a portrait to an overall size of 22.5 x 18.75. In fine condition.
