Manuscript DS in French, signed “Ch. Mau. Talleyrand,” one page both sides, 7 x 9, August 6, 1797. Untranslated document pertaining to the ministry of public affairs, neatly signed at the conclusion in Talleyrand's diminutive hand. Double-matted and framed (with glass on both sides) to an overall size of 15 x 17.25. In fine condition.
