Vintage matte-finish 10 x 13 Bachrach portrait of the financier, crisply signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Thomas M. Galey, with kind remembrances, A. W. Mellon.” The reverse is annotated in pencil in another hand, "Christmas 1929." In fine condition, with a few small marginal creases.
