Detailed composite 1:32 scale model of Chuck Yeager's ‘Glamorous Glen III’ North American P-51D Mustang single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber by the Danbury Mint, measuring 14˝ from wingtip to wingtip, signed on the top of the right wing in black felt tip, "Chuck Yeager." The left side of fuselage features 12 Nazi flags, representing the dozen kills Yeager made while flying with the 357th Fighter Group during World War II. Includes the original stand with a descriptive plaque. In fine condition. Complete with its original box from the Danbury Mint.
