Document headed "Waiver of Notice, First Board of Directors Meeting, Min-I-Ron Co., Inc.," in part: "We, the undersigned directors of Min-I-Ron Co., Inc., do hereby severally waive notice of the time and place of the first meeting of the board of directors of the said company and consent that the same may be held immediately after the adjournment of the stockholders meeting called for May 15, 1957, at the office of Stanley M. Kaufman, Dallas, Texas." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Jack Ruby and a fellow member of the board. In fine condition, with some light edge creasing.
Stanley M. Kaufman, Ruby's attorney, spoke to him on November 23, 1963—the day after President Kennedy's assassination in Dallas—and was called to testify before the Warren Commission. His testimony before the Commission is published in Vol. XV of the Government Printing Office's publication of the Warren Commission Report and Hearings.
