Warner as “Postmaster at Jordan in the County of Onondaga, State of New York.” Signed boldly at the conclusion by U. S. Grant and countersigned by Postmaster General Marshall Jewell. The gold Post Office Department seal remains affixed to the lower left. Double-matted with an engraving bearing a facsimile signature to an overall size of 27.75 x 16.5. In fine condition, with light toning, and a short edge tear.
