Orloff," one page, 5 x 8, blindstamped personal letterhead, February 11, 1873; and an LS signed “Prince Orloff,” one page, 8 x 10.25, Ambassade Imperiale de Russie letterhead, May 19, 1874, concerning a Russian on a mission in France to study their branches of military administration, requesting authorization for him to visit the foundry in Nevers.
