Six items signed in ink or felt tip Mercury astronaut Scott Carpenter, including three glossy photos ranging in size from 8 x 10 to 8.5 x 10 (the two large examples official NASA photos) and three commemorative covers honoring Carpenter’s Mercury-Atlas 7 mission, each postmarked on May 24, 1962, the launch date of the Aurora 7 spacecraft. In overall very good to fine condition, with creasing and edgewear to the largest photo.
