Description

Influential black writer, educator, and civil rights activist (1868-1963) best known as the co-founder of the NAACP and author of The Souls of Black Folk. Uncommon vintage fountain pen signature, "Very sincerely, W. E. B. Du Bois, 17 Nov. '29,” on an off-white 5.5 x 4 album page. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the edges, and a central vertical fold.
