K. Slayton" checked off), initialed on the front cover in pencil by Deke Slayton; a "Preliminary ASTP Menu" for Slayton, documenting eleven days of meals; a two-page "ASTP Crew Training Summary as of July 15, 1975," documenting hours of training accomplished by the ASTP prime and backup crews, marked "Slayton" in another hand; and a two-page mimeographed "Activity Planning Guide" training calendar for June 1975, marked "Slayton" in another hand. In overall very good to fine condition.
