Two items signed by the rockabilly great: a white 5 x 3 card signed in black felt tip referencing one of his famous tunes, “Blue Suede Shoes by Carl Perkins”; and a typed “Celebrity Yearbook Questionnaire,” one page, 8.5 x 11, no date, filled out in black ballpoint by Perkins, who signs his name twice and writes answers to several prompts including his nickname, “Perk,” favorite pastime, “fishing,” and his greatest dislike, “cheaters, liars & hypocrites.” In overall very fine condition.
