Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract from the American Guild of Authors & Composers, containing a contract between Cromwell Music, Inc., and Johnny Mercer, who agrees to assign, sell, and transfer an “unpublished original musical composition…now entitled ‘I WANNA BE IN LOVE AGAIN.’ Signed at the bottom of the last page in black felt tip by Mercer. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter from the American Guild of Authors & Composers forwarding a copy of the contract to Mercer.
