You grant us your personal services as conductor, leader and piano soloist for the purpose of making phonograph records. 2. You agree to devote yourself fully and faithfully to the performance of such duties as we may prescribe at such places and times as may be mutually agreed upon and in all respects to use your best efforts to further our interests. 3. Recordings will be made at recording sessions in our studios at mutually agreeable times. You will record as conductor, leader and/or piano soloist as many record sides as we may desire, but not less than 16 record sides during each year of this agreement. The musical compositions to be recorded shall be mutually agreed upon between you and us, and each recording shall be subject to our approval as satisfactory, for manufacture and sale.” Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Previn.
