President Adams grants Chauncey Webster a parcel of land in "Crawfordsville, Indiana, containing Eighty acres." Boldly signed at the conclusion by President John Quincy Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and soiling.
