Reverse bears a pencil notation stating that the MacLaine autograph was obtained on February 2, 1984, at the USA Film Festival in Dallas, Texas, and that the Nicholson signature was obtained on May 4, 1986, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
