American NASA astronaut and medical doctor (1961-2003) who died along with her six fellow crew members in the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster as part of the STS-107 mission. Clark was posthumously awarded the Congressional Space Medal of Honor. Official color 8 x 10 NASA lithograph of Clark wearing her flight suit and posing in front of an American flag, signed and inscribed in gold ink, "Jon — Thanks for your kind words and enthusiasm for STS-107. It will be a great flight with many beneficial experiments. Best wishes! Laurel Clark.” In fine condition, with a light paperclip impression to the top edge.
