In part: "Factories Nos. 1, 3, 11 and 12, will carry in stock only the sizes used in each respective factory for Lathe Tools, Tool Holders, Tool Blocks, and Tools on which there is no work except cutting from the bar and forging. These factories will order from Factory No. 17 any round sizes required from time to time." Signed at the end of the first page by Chrysler as Works Manager. In fine condition.
