Wythe,” penned at the conclusion of a manuscript legal document regarding the deed of a 120-acre tract of land, three pages, 8 x 12.5, December 16, 1796. Wythe’s handwritten endorsement reads: “The injunction is awarded; the plaintiff giving security in the penalty of one hundred pounds.” In fine condition.
