Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New York (1716–1778). Partly-printed DS, signed “Phil. Livingston,” one page, 7.25 x 12.25, October 6, 1756. Last will and testament of John Chambers, by which he bequeaths "unto Sarah Todd, of the City of New York, all my Estate Real & Personal." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Philip Livingston as a witness, and countersigned by Chambers and two others. Inlaid into a slightly larger sheet and in very good to fine condition, with light foxing and toning, and a short split to the central horizontal fold.
