Original green 4.75 x 3 full ticket to the U.S. Senate impeachment trial of President Andrew Johnson on April 9, 1868, complete with its unnumbered stub, marked "To be taken up at Main Entrance." The ticket is affixed to a slightly larger cardstock mount. The impeachment proceedings lasted from March 13 to May 26th, and President Johnson was ultimately acquitted by a single vote.
