Reformer (1793-1880) active in the Underground Railroad and the first president of the American Equal Rights Association. Attractive 2.5 x 4 carte-de-visite photo of Lucretia Mott in old age, boldly signed on the mount in ink. Published by H. C. Phillips of Philadelphia, with a two-cent revenue stamp affixed to the reverse. In fine condition.
