Early partly-printed DS, signed “Bela Lugosi,” one page, 8.5 x 17, September 9, 1930. Agreement between Lugosi and Fox Film Corporation by which the actor is employed to "render services as such in the role of Frescatti in a photoplay the working title of which is now McFadden #4/'Stolen Thunder.'" Neatly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Bela Lugosi, and countersigned by a Fox Film representative. In fine condition. Directed by Hamilton MacFadden, the black-and-white musical comedy would be released under the title Oh, For a Man! in 1930, with Lugosi playing a goatee-wearing singing teacher. A decidedly early Lugosi document, pre-dating his legendary appearance in Dracula by one year.
