The contract outlines the specifics of the agreement, including its term, remuneration, rights, and responsibilities: for example, under this agreement, Cukor "shall edit the first rough cut of the photoplay." Signed twice at the conclusion in fountain pen by Cukor (one struck through), and countersigned by Elsa Schroeder of G-D-C Enterprises and A. J. Obringer of Warner Bros. In fine condition.
