Directed by Mel Brooks in 1974, Young Frankenstein is a comedic homage to classic horror films. The film stars Gene Wilder as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein, the grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, who initially resists but eventually embraces his family's legacy of reanimation.
