DS, five pages, 8.5 x 11, no date but circa 1960. Agreement between Rita Moreno and Mirisch Pictures, Inc., detailing the terms under which Moreno is "to portray a role in the photoplay tentatively entitled 'West Side Story.'" The document details option periods and compensation rates related to her contract. Signed on the first and last pages in blue ballpoint, "Rita Moreno," and initialed on the three middle page, "R. M." In fine condition.

Rita Moreno delivered a groundbreaking performance as Anita in the 1961 film adaptation of West Side Story, produced by Walter Mirisch, earning her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
