Two SPACEHAB module bulkhead attachment bolts, both 2.5˝ in length and marked “EWB0420-8” on an end, attested as being flown on Space Shuttle mission STS-86, which launched on September 26, 1997, docked with the Russian Mir space station, and returned to Earth on October 6, 1997, and on Space Shuttle mission STS-79, which launched on September 16, 1996, docked with the Russian Mir space station, and returned to Earth on September 26, 1996. These types of fasteners were used to connect the forward and aft halves of the cylindrical pressure shell of the SPACEHAB Double Module. Per standard operating procedure, the fasteners were removed post-flight and later replaced by new fasteners. In overall fine condition.
