Actor (1916–1977) who became the first to receive a posthumous Academy Award, for his role as crazed television anchorman Howard Beale in the 1976 film Network. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Finch in a thoughtful pose, signed and inscribed in white ink, "Dear Bernie—with lots of love, Peter Finch, 1974.” In fine condition, with a stray ink blot sitting eerily on Finch's right eye.
