State of Connecticut Comptroller's Office pay order, in part: "Pay Samuel Tracy, by Thomas Fanning, Sixty five dollars & twenty seven Cents, It being the amount of Interest which he is entitled to receive from this State, on Stock in the United States' Funds." Handsomely cloth-matted and framed with a plaque to an overall size of 15 x 18.25. In fine condition.
