Vintage matte-finish 6.5 x 8.75 photo of Taft by Harris & Ewing, affixed to its original 9.5 x 12 mount, neatly signed and inscribed on the mount in ink, "For F. C. J. Schultz, with the best wishes of Wm. H. Taft.” Nicely matted to an overall size of 15.25 x 18.25. In very good to fine condition, with light silvering to the edges of the image, and a repaired crack to the upper left corner of the mount.
