A loan agreement between Burke and production company Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures related to the 1939 film Remember?, in which the latter will loan Burke "an amount equivalent to the compensation which would be payable to you pursuant to the terms of your contract with us… Said loans and each of them, and each and every part thereof, shall be repayable to us upon demand…We shall be under no obligation to make all or any of said loans, and our failure to make such loans to you shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement or of any agreement or contract between us."
