(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original production drawing of Pinocchio and Geppetto from Pinocchio, depicting the warmhearted woodcarver holding up his son in a wonderful full-length pose. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 13.25 x 12.5 animation paper numbered “120” in the lower right corner. Image measures 4.75 x 8, with a mat opening of 7.75 x 10.5. Double-matted with a plate to an overall size of 13.5 x 17.25. In fine condition, with paper loss to the upper edge, and the left and right sides folded; these flaws are tastefully hidden by the mat presentation.
