Partly-printed DS in Italian, signed “Mussolini" and "Vittorio Emanuele,” one page both sides, 9.5 x 14.5, July 29, 1937. An official document, in part (translated): "The captain of the infantry branch in S.P.E. (command role) Michelino Corda has, since May 26, 1937, incurred the loss of rank due to conviction, in accordance with Article 82, no. 6, letter b) of the law dated June 16, 1935." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. In fine condition, with small binding holes along the left edge.
