Original crew jacket issued to crew members of the 1990 Prince film Graffiti Bridge, widely considered a sequel to Purple Rain. The varsity-style jacket, size 44, with wool body and leather sleeves, is stitched in white on the left chest, “Graffiti Bridge, Film Crew,” and prominently on the back in gold thread, “‘90.” The right shoulder bears a large embroidered patch with a Japanese symbol that translates ‘To Love.’ The inner collar retains its original DeLong tag. In fine condition, some scuffing to the white sleeve. Accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from Matthew Quast, who worked as a production film sound mixer and playback operator on the Prince films Purple Rain, Sign o' the Times, and Graffiti Bridge. He writes: “I was gifted this Graffiti Bridge crew jacket by Simon Edery, the producer/UPM, after completion of the film…It was worn perhaps 3 times, on film shoots.”
