Sta. Anna,” one page, 8.75 x 12.5, November 8, 1853. Untranslated document signed by Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna at the "Palacio del Gobierno Nacional en Tacubaya," while serving as president of Mexico. Impressively cloth-matted and framed with two color images and an engraved plaque to an overall size of 27 x 25.25. In fine condition.
