Manuscript document, one page, 16.5 x 13, March 12, 1789. Early indenture of land and other property in Frederick, Maryland, between John Devendall and George Trucks, sold for the consideration of 300 pounds. Signed twice in ink by John Devendall, and countersigned by two justices of the peace as witnesses. Beautifully cloth-matted and framed with a plaque to an overall size of 24.75 x 18.75, with a window in the backing for viewing the reverse. In fine condition.
