Debus, the director of the Kennedy Space Center, with text reading: "The National Aeronautics and Space Administration cordially welcomes you to the launch of Apollo 12. This credential is issued to the bearer for his sole, exclusive, personal use, and is not transferable. After launch, it may be kept as a souvenir of the mission." In fine condition.
