From the estate of Apollo 12 moonwalker Alan Bean—a “Pacific Command” award plaque with a mounted gold-tone ‘four-star’ United States Pacific Command emblem, affixed to its wooden 8.5 x 10 display shield, which bears an engraved plate: “Presented to Alan L. Bean, Well Done, Apollo 12, Admiral John S. McCain, Jr., USN, Commander in Chief Pacific, 24 November 1969.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Amy Bean, the daughter of Alan Bean.
