Appealing circa 1869 engraving entitled "Lincoln and Family," showing President Abraham Lincoln, his wife Mary Todd, and their sons Robert and Tad gathered together in a parlor setting; a portrait of their late son Willie, who passed in 1862, hangs in the background. The oval engraving measures 9.25˝ x 11.5˝ and is displayed in an ornate 15 x 17 contemporary wooden frame. The copyright notice below the image reads: "Eng'd by A. Robin, N.Y. Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1869 by G. W. Massee in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania." In very good to fine condition, with light soiling to the engraving, and two cracks to the original frame.
