Official bracket-bound NASA “Apollo Operations Handbook, Command and Service Modules” (SD 68-416) for the Apollo 10 mission, “CSM 106,” with the subheading, “Volume 2, Operational Procedures.” The manual, 8 x 10.5, approximately 500 pages, dated July 16, 1968, is comprised of two main sections: Normal/Backup Procedures (which features 21 subsections such as Prime Crew Prelaunch Checks, Boost and Insertion, Injections, LM Interfaces, Rendezvous, Systems Management, G&C Reference Data, Alignments, Coasting, Earth Landing Phase, and more), and Contingency Procedures (which features three subsections: Abort Procedures, Malfunction Procedures, and Emergency Procedures). Ownership stamp to front cover reads “Eugene Chmielewski.” In fine condition, with some rusting to bracket, and some light scattered marks, stains, and creases to covers.
