(Iwerks Studio, 1930) Extremely rare original concept model sheet drawing of Flip the Frog from Iwerks Studio, which shows the amphibian in six different action poses; a seventh, much fainter, drawing of Flip is also visible to the right, as are drawings of two other characters, one of which could be Freddie the Fox. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 8.5 x 11 drawing paper, which is marked in ink to the lower right, "Flip the Frog, Iwerks." In fine condition, with some light creasing to the edges. Iwerks was a pioneering animator and early partner of Walt Disney, with whom he co-created Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse.
