(Hanna-Barbera Studios, 1964) Original model sheet drawing of Fred Flintstone and The Great Gazoo from The Flintstones, which shows the “Comparative Size” of the two characters; Gazoo is essentially the same size as Fred’s head. Accomplished in graphite on 12.5 x 9.5 animation paper, with the image measuring 2.25 x 5 (Fred) and 1.5 x 2.25 (Gazoo). The top is affixed to a slightly larger backing sheet. In fine condition, with light toning, and some creasing to the upper left corner. An early model sheet drawing featuring one of the rarer Flintstone characters—Gazoo, who was voiced by actor Harvey Korman, premiered on the show on October 29, 1965.
