Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “George P.R.,” one page, 13.25 x 9, September 14, 1815. As Prince Regent, George appoints William Terry "to be Corner to the Troop...in our Seventh (or the Prince Royals) Regiment of Dragoon Guards." Signed at the head in ink by King George IV, and countersigned at the conclusion by Home Secretary Henry Addington, 1st Viscount Sidmouth. The seals affixed to the left side remain intact. In very good condition, with moderate staining and foxing.
