Edison, Incorporated,” detailing the authorization of a “contract with the New Jersey Zinc Company...for five hundred (500) tons of BERTHA Brand Spelter, at nine cents (9¢) per pound.” Endorsed at the conclusion by Edison, C. H. Wilson, William Henry Meadowcroft, and H. F. Miller. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing, and file holes along the left edge.
