Second edition, variant, with the publisher's address "at the Blew Anchor," as opposed to 'at the White Lion.' London: Printed for T. Dring at the Blew Anchor, 1673. Hardcover rebacked and bound in dark brown calf, 4.25 x 6.75, 282 pages. This edition included new poems not published in the first edition of 1645. Book condition: G/None, with Harvard University ex-library stamps and markings, an ownership inscription to title page, small area of paper loss to one corner of the title page, a wormhole to the Latin section of the text, scattered wear and dampstaining, and some warping to the boards. A significant and desirable 17th-century poetical work, published in the penultimate year of Milton's life.
