Patton as commanding officer of the Second Armored Division during training maneuvers in the Carolinas, with a caption affixed to the reverse (dated "6/11/41") and an Acme Newspictures credit stamp; and an original glossy 6.75 x 8 photo of Lt. Gen. Patton in his three-star helmet upon his arrival in Great Britain, with an Associated Press caption affixed to the reverse (dated "4/22/44"), stating that Patton "has recently arrived in Britain to assume new duties as one of Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower's chief lieutenants for the invasion of Western Europe." In overall fine condition.
