Scarce vintage glossy 7.5 x 9.5 photo of Ford Sterling tied up against a boarded wall, signed and inscribed vertically in white fountain pen, "To 'El Diario de la Marina,' Many thanks -Ford Sterling.” The reverse bears an affixed caption and stamp from cosmetics company Max Factor. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creases and small surface impressions. Sterling's autograph is generally rare across all formats, with this photo representing one of the very few that we have ever offered.
