Collection of 12 multicolored ticket stubs and one ticket from the Helsinki 1952 Summer Olympics, 4.5 x 3.5 and 6 x 3.5, dating between July 19, 1952, and August 1, 1952, all of which feature pictograms for the scheduled event or sport in the upper left corner, which include a lit cauldron (two ticket stubs for the August 19th opening ceremony), a discus thrower (nine ticket stubs for athletics: August 21, 23-27), a swimmer (full ticket for August 1st), and basketball players (ticket stub for July 27th). Includes a ticket counterfoil for the Tennispalatsi, the venue for the basketball tournament. In overall fine condition, with light wear and stains.
